My top three goals upon starting the 3 month program were? Eating normally healthy, feeling better mentally & more optimistic, building confidence 

My coach was able to help me work toward these goals by? Encouraging me to follow thru on things that needed to be done to improve my life.

The biggest tangible change i have noticed since the beginning the program has been? Overall mental and physical health is much better.

The most significant overall change i have noticed has been? The feeling of hope has come back.

I would describe my coach as?  Very sincere, knowledgeable, very pleasant, willing to provide feedback on all my concerns. This has been a very helpful experience and I would recommend her to my friends.
