Welcome! I'm Megan, I was born and raised in Tampa FL. I have been in the nutrition field for the past 6 years. where i attend the Institute for Integrative Nutrition .I have had a passion for health and fitness my whole life. but what really lights me up is helping people change there lives.
Changing someone’s life for the better is the biggest reward i am able to give.and i so grateful i get to help so many people.
I believe that inside our bodies has to be healthy to experience full beauty on the outside, when we feel good we can conquer anything! 8 years ago my life changed forever I had awful acne, bad inflammation, gut issues, and was always tired. I thought I was healthy. I ate in moderation and worked out regularly. After research and tests I finally was diagnosed with Celiac disease. I honestly at the time in my life had no idea what that was and how it would affect my future. After doing research and reading books, I taught myself how to eat and self heal from all the damage.
What helped me?
The core understanding that Bio individuality which just because something is good for another person doesn't mean its good for you. Our bodies are wonderful machines and they all work differently. I also learned to focus on my Primary Circle of life and help find balance in each area, This started by learning how to grocery shop, doing pantry makeover, healthy cooking classes and meal plans. i focus on weightloss,weight gain,food allergies,inflammation and more I'm educated in over 150 dietary theories and can customize the right plan for you.

From my journey and formal education I am offering programs are not just diet plans they are lifestyle changes to teach you how to listen to your body and help you understand what your body needs to Thrive.
Today's are food is just not made the way it use to be everything is processed or filled with chemicals today more people than ever are sick with diseases such as diabetes, cancer, heart attacks, pre-diabetes, high cholesterol, etc... Research shows that a lot of it has to do with the foods we are eating. If we make small changes everyday and be conscious of are food choices we can help protect our bodies for a lifetime of disease.
